To register your FOMO Pet Tag, simply scan the QR code tag with either your camera or a QR code scanner application. Then either create a new account or log in with your existing Recollo account. Once you have created an account or logged in you will be immediately redirected to the setup of your FOMO Pet Tag form. Fill out the form with your relevant details and hit PAWFECT! to register your FOMO Pet Tag and update your pet profile.

If you are on your mobile device, to edit your existing FOMO Pet Tag, simply make sure you are logged into your existing account Login Here. And scan your existing QR code then at the bottom of your template, click the 3 dots icon and then click Edit Template. This will then present you with the edit form where you can make changes to your template as you see fit.
If you are on a desktop computer
You can also go to your dashboard while logged in, Dashboard Here. And click on the 3 dots above your existing template, and click edit. This will then take you to the same edit form.
Simply follow the above steps mentioned in the “Can I update my details when I have changed my address?” question. And whilst in the edit form, you can update your pet profile photo.
In order to add another pet to your dashboard you will need to purchase a new FOMO Pet Tag, you can purchase the Pet Tag from our shop via this link. Then follow the above steps mentioned in the “How do I register my FOMO Pet Tag?” question.
If you have already purchased a new FOMO Pet Tag, follow the above steps mentioned in the “How do I register my FOMO Pet Tag?” question.
If your QR code is not scanning on your device, try another device to confirm that the QR code is not working. If it does work on the other device, try using a QR code scanning app instead of your default camera.
