FOMO Pet Tags makes deliveries both in Australia and Worldwide with tracking.
An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.
All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking. If your order has not arrived, please contact us at email@example.com (the fabulous company that created our tag technology!)
Please take care when entering your delivery address and any instructions to leave your order as we will not be held responsible for items that are left unattended by Australia Post through ‘Safe Drop’ or with ‘Authority to leave’ or similar.
Once an item states ‘delivered’ on our tracking system, you must take up any enquiries with Australia Post. We recommend getting the parcel delivered to an alternate or work address where you know someone will be home, or where the receiving mail box is secure and safe to have your order delivered.
All our FOMO Pet Tags are in Australian dollars (AUD) and includes Australia’s Goods and Services Tax (GST). Any international orders may be subject to local duties and taxes. Some parcels sent overseas will be quarantined by Customs until an additional fee is paid to Customs to release the parcel to you. Please check the applicable Customs laws in your country before placing your order. FOMO Pet Tags are not liable to pay such fees and are not responsible for the rejection of your parcel.
All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your order – the value is the retail cost.
All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU).
FOMO Pet Tags will not mark any order as a “Gift” to avoid Customs and duties fees.
You are entitled to a refund, replacement or credit from Recollo Pty Ltd – FOMO Pet Tags when an item purchased fails to meet one of the consumers guarantees as per the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), i.e. the product:
Proof of purchase is required for all returns, which can be in the form of your receipt/tax invoice, a debit/credit card statement, or online purchase transaction history.
Be returned within 28 days of purchase
If the tag is faulty then please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org (with any photo evidence such as a screenshot of your customer profile failing to present) and we will assist with getting your tag working or send you a replacement FOMO Pet Tag.
